What happens after I send the form?

You get a callback within about one business hour during open hours. We ask a few questions to make sure we’re the right fit, then book an on-site visit — normally within 2 to 3 business days. If we’re not the right contractor for your job, we’ll tell you that on the phone instead of wasting your afternoon.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. The visit, the measurements and the written quote all cost nothing and carry no obligation. We don’t charge design fees for standard residential work and we don’t ask for a deposit to come and look.

Can I just send photos instead of booking a visit?

For a rough steer, yes — attach them to the form and we’ll tell you what you’re likely looking at. We won’t give you a final price from photographs though. Base conditions, drainage and access are what set the number, and none of those show up in a picture.

Do you charge for emergency or urgent work?

Call us for anything unsafe — a collapsing wall, a loose chimney, steps that have become a hazard. We’ll tell you honestly on the phone whether it needs immediate attention or can wait for a normal appointment, and what a temporary make-safe would involve.

Do you work with property managers and contractors?

Regularly. We handle multi-property scopes, supply certificates of insurance directly to management companies, invoice on standard terms and coordinate with general contractors on build schedules. Mention it on the form and it goes to the right person.
